What Citadel AI is

Citadel AI is a business management tool for small business owners: inventory, sales, invoicing, expense tracking, and an AI assistant reachable on the web dashboard and WhatsApp. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the business data you enter — Citadel AI stores and displays what you provide, it doesn't verify it.
• You must be legally able to operate a business to use this app for one.

The AI Assistant

The AI Assistant can answer questions about your data and, when you explicitly confirm, record sales, add products, create invoices, or log expenses on your behalf. Nothing is saved without your confirmation. You're responsible for reviewing what you confirm — the AI can misread ambiguous input, and mistakes can be corrected using Undo on the Activity History page.

Acceptable use

Don't use Citadel AI to store data you don't have the right to store, to send unsolicited messages through the WhatsApp integration, or to attempt to access another business's data.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the app's features over time. You can stop using Citadel AI and request deletion of your account and data at any time.
